This was one of the most excellent and exceptional hotels we have ever stayed in. The loft set-up with the bed and bathroom up stairs was lovely. The rest of the room was spacious and with a stunning view of the famous Avenida 9 de Julio/Obelisk. The location was superb, close to many famous central monuments (Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo district) and the staff were exceptional. Very patient with us when we had issues with the door (the problem lay with my ineptitude on that particular night). They were also friendly, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is brought to the room, as standard, and the two young women who served were full of enthusiasm and charm.

The bed was so big and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked out onto the street and there was plenty of room. This hotel is in a great location to walk around in the city.

view of the room to the city was good. the location was quite in the center of the city. walking distance to everything. there are a lot of café and restaurant around the area. Nice to have breakfast serve to the room

Very comfortable room and close to the city center. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel entrance is located on a side street which is convenient for getting into a taxi or uber because it is tucked away from the busy main road.

Travel for vacation with family and friends from Australia. Staff were fantastic, very helpful with any requests, and happy to assist with our little amount of Spanish we spoke. Apartment was roomy and comfortable. We had a minor water leakage issue which was resolved very quickly and we were moved to another room to allow the issue to be resolved. Foyer/ reception was approachable and welcoming and it was good to see there was remote security every night. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Cleaners were evident at various times in public spaces which highlighted this. Apartment was exceptional value for money given size, reasonably sized kitchenette etc. Location is fantastic, within easy walk of supermarket and Obelisk, and was a great central base for exploring both ends of this intriguing city centre avenue. We stayed for 6 nights and could easily have stayed longer as there was so much to see! Highly recommend.

The room was really nice and had everything we needed. We were able to borrow a steamer for clothes from reception and the staff were extremely helpful. We checked in an hour early at no extra cost.

The room is very spacious and clean. There is a safety box in the room, so we didn't need to bring the money and valuables outside. The hotel is located at safe street.
